| W Land Holdings, Inc. is the developer and project manager of W Tower. WLHI was incorporated specifically for land development projects in the Bonifacio Global City area. W Tower is their flagship project located in Bonifacio Triangle area in Bonifacio Global City.
The owners and managers of WLHI have been developing residential projects since the early 1980’s. They started from an eight-unit townhouse complex in Quezon City and in the mid 1990’s built a 14-storey office and residential condominium in the heart of Quezon City. In 2004, they built high-end houses in prime subdivisions allowing them to gain valuable experience in project management. Today, in joint venture with the Property Company of Friends, they are involved in a 200-hectares middle-income township development in Carmona, Cavite. Already, WLHI is continuously scouting for properties within Bonifacio Global City for future expansions.
W Land Holdings, Inc. is 100% wholly owned and part of the PCIW Group of Companies, backed by businesses with national reputations of trust and achievement.
Companies under the group include PCI Worldwide, Inc. (PCIW) – one of the fastest growing Carrageenan producers in the world, it markets its products under the Rico Carrageenen Brand. Search Asia Placement Agency, Inc. (SAPI) – a placement agency with over 600 heads servicing clients in their manpower and Human Resources needs. Biosphere Group Holdings, Inc. – an investment holding company, which focuses mainly in the food and service sector. International Food Ingredient (IFI) – a Hong Kong based company that specializes in trading ingredients and sea based products.
Companies which the group has a substantial stake includes Property Company of Friends (PROFRIENDS) – a real estate company that specializes in middle income housing in the Cavite area. Global Stride – a 600-seat call center, which has offices all over USA. Fortune Flour Food Company (FFF) – a Chinese corporation that produces wide varieties of flours to cater to the eastern China market.
